整體評分:4⭐➕ 周末到店人蠻少的,餐點上面點套餐會划算很多。分量都是單點的一份。 環境還蠻舒適的,店內限時120分鐘用餐,但沒有排隊的話基本上不太會趕人。 月壽星或者加入會員都會送一盤和牛雪花。推薦:和牛、翼板小排、牛肋條、烤布雷。 和牛肉質Q彈、香氣十足;翼板小排比較有肉感,但不會容易烤硬;牛肋條7分熟度剛好、肉質軟Q、調味也不錯;烤布雷蛋香很濃郁口感是緊實的,而且可以吃好幾口。 豬肉類比較瘦;松阪豬不是豬頸肉,口感不對;鴨胸的鴨味蠻重的;雞肉做青醬口味,口感上也還算Q彈;板腱比較容易硬;牛腹肉就有點太油。 飯是用日本公主米,口感QQ硬硬的、生菜可以續、醃蘿蔔酸甜口味、用餐中間會提供醋冰沙、飲料很大一杯很夠喝、牛骨湯頭蠻濃的,可以加湯,但裡面的肉比較鹹而且乾乾硬硬的。 廁所很乾淨,整體來說是用餐環境很舒服,餐點量也還算豐富而且夠份量的店家。 Overall score:4⭐➕ There are fewer people dining here on the weekend. The set is more affordable than a single order. The plates in the set are complex, not half. The environment is comfortable. There are 120 minutes to eat; however, if there is no line-up, you can enjoy your meal at your leisure. It will give a plate of Wangu beef if the day meets your birthday month or you join as a new member. I recommend Wangu beef, saddle sliced, ribs, and toasted pudding. The Wangu beef is bouncy and fragrant, the saddle sliced is meaty without being tough, the medium-well ribs are springy with good seasoning, and the toasted pudding is rich and firm. However, the pork is lean, the 松坂 pork is not neck meat, the duck chest has a strong duck smell, the chicken with pesto flavor has a springy texture, the blande is hard easily, and the beef belly is slightly greasy. The rice is used for Japan princess with a bouncy and chewy texture. The cabbage can be refilled for free. The pickled radish has a sour-sweet flavor. There is vinegar shake provided in the middle. The beverage is generous to drink. The beef bone soup is rich and free to refill; however, the meat in the soup is salty and tough. The toilet is clean. Overall, it is a good restaurant with a pleasant dining environment and abundant portions.
